เต้าหู้ปลาไส้ทูน่า เสิร์ฟกับถั่วลันเตาหวาน


PFP tuna bun 300 g.
String bean 100 g.
Mandarin orange 80 g.
Japanese cucumber 40 g.
Japanese cucumber 30 g.
Yellow giant sweet pepper 30 g.
Shallot 20 g.
Peppermint leaf 10 g.
Olive oil 5 tablespoon
Grape vinegar 3 tablespoon
Chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
Chopped pastry 2 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper (as you please)
Oil for frying

How to cook

  1. Fried PFP tuna bun with oil. Then split half of PFP tuna bun.
  2. Peel mandarin orange and boil string bean and soak in cold water.
  3. Split Japanese cucumber, red and yellow giant sweet pepper andshallot.
  4. Put all of ingredients into bowl and season with olive oil, grape vinegar, chopped garlic, chopped pastry, sugar, salt and pepper.(as you like) Then strew with peppermint leaf. (For 3 persons)

Trick of PFP

Fries PFP tuna bun with boiling oil about 2 minutes, will make skin of PFP tuna bun glossy and eatable.
