Ingredients

Sang-Wa Salad

Salted pineapple 200 g.
Mineral water 250 g.
Roast shrimp paste 25 g.
Parsley root 50 g.
Powdered fish 100 g.

Fish Tofu Sang-Wa Salad

PFP Fish Tofu 200 g.
Salted pineapple sauce 150 ml.
Sliced young ginger 10 g.
Sliced lemongrass 10 g.
Sliced red onion 10 g.
Sliced guinea-pepper 10 g.
Sliced garlic 5 g.
Limeade 30 ml.
Sliced Wildbetal Leafbush 10 g.

How to

Sang-Wa Salad

  1. Bring all the ingredients together and boil them until well-mixed.
  2. Put well-mixed ingredients into a blender, make it become frappe and filter it.

Fish Tofu Sang-Wa Salad

  1. SlicePFP Fish Tofu into pieces and grill them, do not leave them too long before putting it off.
  2. Flavor Sang-Wa salad with limeade, sliced young ginger, sliced lemongrass, sliced red onion, sliced guinea-pepper, sliced garlic and grilled PFP Fish Tofu, let’s mix them all.
  3. Put it on the plate decorated with sliced wildbetal leafbush.
