Ingredients:

PFP Fish Sausage Cocktail20 pieces
Ground caraway1 cup
Coriander seed ½ teaspoon
Ground black pepper½ teaspoon
Minced dry chili 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
White vinegar1/3 cup
Cooking oil½ cup
Onion 1 ½ cup
Garlic 2 tablespoon
Water1/3 cup


Skewered vegetable preparation

  1. Diced tomato 2-3 cm. (9 g./piece)
  2. Diced red sweet pepper 2 cm (6 g/piece)
  3. Diced green sweet pepper 2 cm (7 g/piece)
  4. Asparagus (6 g./clove)

Cooking steps

  1. Blend onion, garlic, and water finely.
  2. Slice PFP Fish Sausage Cocktail as oblique style.
  3. Mix ground caraway, minced coriander seed, dried chili, salt, cooking oil together with blended onion, and garlic. Add and mix white vinegar then keep cooling in refrigerator over 1 night.
  4. Skewering diced red/green sweet pepper, sliced PFP Fish Sausage Cocktail as oblique style, diced tomato, sliced PFP Fish Sausage Cocktail as oblique style, and asparagus respectively from lowest to top of skewer.
