PFP SNOW CRAB5 pieces
Cooking oil¼ measured cup
Minced onion¼ measured cup
Bay leaf  2 leaf
Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
Oregano (pinch)
Minced parsley (pinch)
White wine 2 tablespoons
Spinach  6 tablespoons
Salt½ teaspoon
Sugar2 teaspoons
Black pepper1 teaspoon
Bechamel flour 3 measured cups
Milk 2/3 measure cup
Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese½ measured cup

Cooking steps

  1. Turn on and warm up oven with 180 oC both side.
  2. Add olive oil, minced onion, and minced garlic to stir-fry.
  3. Add spinach, salt, sugar, white wine, and stripped PFP SNOW CRAB.
  4. Add 2/3 measured cup of milk then black pepper.
  5. Turn off and drop from the oven, then sprinkle parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese to mix together.
